Membership Committees
Nominations Committee
The Nominations Committee is charged with reviewing the credentials of interested members, preparing a final slate of candidates for all elected offices, tallying and notifying of the final results.
Education Ad-Hoc Committee
The Education Ad-Hoc Committee is charged with delivering consistent, high-quality education to our membership, identifying speakers and topics for educational programming outside of the Annual Fall Clinical Meeting. They are also responsible for developing educational partnerships with other NYS Pharmacy organizations.
Membership Committee
The Membership Committee is charged with creating recruitment efforts for new members and encouraging membership renewals of current members. They are responsible for social planning and promoting the chapter on social media.
Communications Ad-Hoc Committee
The Communications Ad-Hoc Committee is responsible for coordinating the Newsletter with each school of pharmacy.
Research and Travel Ad-Hoc Committee
The Research and Travel Ad-Hoc Committee is charged with providing financial support for member research and travel to professional meetings. They will solicit Travel Award Nominations and Grant applications to award these to members.
Planning Committee
The Planning Committee is charged with planning and organizing the Annual Fall Clinical Meeting.
Awards Committee
The Awards Committee is charged with providing the executive board a ranked list of qualified candidates for the annual Fall Awards (Educator of the Year, Researcher of the Year, and Clinical Practitioner of the Year) to be presented at the Annual Fall Clinical Meeting.
